How our process works

Design
Projects begin with a general system layout, concept and scope of work including component specification and system pricing.

Engineering
Drawings, line diagrams, cabinet and rack specifications, wire requirements and documentation are provided to ensure design continuity.

Construction
This phase includes on site infrastructure wiring, installation of keypads, plates and in-wall and surface mounted equipment.

Equipment
This phase consists of acquisition of all equipment well in advance of final installation. Complete racking, programming and testing of all equipment is done at the Home Technologies™ facility. This ensures the system is fully functional prior to delivery, reducing the time spent in the home.

Finish
Final delivery of system racks, display equipment, installation and client training.
